Through the Wild is a 1980's Kate Bush pastiche. Rather than being a music video about the artist, the amazingly talented SERA, the video instead investigated the collaborative influence of the performer on the production.
In post production it was important that the film was visually evocative of a 1980's music video with effects not beyond the technology commonly seen at that time. However, with filming occurring in a cold, wet, and muddy February, health and safety being a priority, and a diminishing time frame for shooting, the footwear in some scenes was unfortunate.
The Stairwwell is an exercise in putting sound, with limited dialogue, to a single image. The audio depicts the memories of the building over it's lifetime.
